Recently at Arcem Entry HQ, we welcomed our friends from Zimmer Biomet for our first-ever Arcem Academy training session. This in-depth course focused on Sectional Door and Operator Basics for Maintenance Teams, providing both classroom instruction and hands-on experience. Attendees came eager to expand their troubleshooting skills, improve maintenance efficiency, and deepen their understanding of the intricacies of doors and operators.
The session kicked off in the classroom, where attendees followed along with a custom training binder as ourgeneral trainer led them through the course. After covering key concepts, the demonstration-led learning continued in our on-site training facility, where participants worked directly with the garage doors and operators they encounter daily at their own facility. The maintenance personnel and purchasing professionals attending were highly engaged, asking insightful questions and providing feedback for great discussion.
In the coming weeks, we’re excited to welcome a new group of Zimmer Biomet professionals for another round of training and collaboration at the next Arcem Academy class.
